I absolutely loved how clean everything was, from the bright white towels to the spotless bathroom. The pool was a nice spot to unwind and the outdoor lounge area was perfect for relaxation. Just a heads up, the air conditioning took a while to cool down the room, but it wasn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things.

The hotel lobby felt modern and inviting, making a great first impression. My room had an excellent view of the mountains, and the bed was super comfortable. Loved the restaurant. their aguachile was a standout dish, tasty and fresh. However, upon checking in, the staff seemed overwhelmed. It took a long time to get my luggage sent to my room. The AC in my room struggled to keep up with the heat, making it a bit uncomfortable initially. Additionally, the pool felt cold, and there was an overpowering smell of bleach that made it hard to relax. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the bathroom sparkled. Overall, room safety felt secure since access to other floors was limited.

missingWrote a review on Aug 13slow check-inuncomfortable lobby
The check-in process was incredibly slow, and the lobby was uncomfortably hot, which made for a frustrating start to my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room struggled to cool down adequately, and it took several hours to reach a comfortable temperature. I also faced issues with the curtain that let in too much sunlight at dawn, disrupting my sleep more than once.
